Investigate performance anomalies or features to explain causes. Collaborate with designers, PMs, and developers to validate via experimentation. Build dashboards and reports to monitor KPIs and enable data-driven decisions. Define metrics frameworks for new products or features. 🎯 Requirements 3+ years as Data Analyst/Data Scientist (gaming/tech preferred). Strong analytical mindset; ability to tell the data story clearly. SQL experience (BigQuery/PostgreSQL or similar) with large datasets. Data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker or similar). Python for data analysis; familiarity with statistics, experimentation, and modeling.
